It's wonderful that you've made the decision to get help for your addiction. That decision can be such a difficult one to make, but it is definitely the first step in any successful recovery.

Details Regarding IOP or Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Boise, Idaho

Here at Ashwood Recovery, our IOP program is designed to be intensive enough to be effective, but flexible enough to be convenient to our clients. Our groups meet three times a week for approximately three hours each night. That gives you a total of nine hours a week that are spent working on your recovery. Clients are able to participate in support groups, family sessions and individual counseling so that they receive a well-rounded form of treatment.

Once IOP has been completed, outpatient addiction treatment is usually implemented at a schedule that works for the individual client. Some clients need a few appointments each week, while others only need to meet with a therapist once a week or a few times a month.
