Inpatient rehab offers high quality treatment in a residential setting. These programs last for 28 days and offer you a personalized program. You’ll go through intensive therapy sessions daily and also attend peer group meetings.
PHP is for those who aren’t ready to go home after rehab. You’ll stay in sober living housing and partake in treatments of your choice throughout the week. It’s an ideal program for those who don’t have support at home or who are dealing with complex addictions.
Outpatient programs allow you to stay at home while you get the addiction help you need. They are low-cost and offer very limited care. They are often used as a step-down program. If you feel you need more care, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Kimberly is also available.

Detox is the first stage of recovery. You stop using the substance during this process, which causes withdrawal symptoms. Some addictions may require you to taper off a substance for safety reasons. It’s recommended that you get professional detox help through this process. Staff can monitor your vitals and can take action if health issues occur. The process takes between 5-7 days.

Once you’ve gone through rehab, you’ll want to have an aftercare plan. This can include one on one therapy in Kimberly as well as attending group meetings. NA and AA meetings in Kimberly are free and give you support. There is family support as well though Al-Anon, Alateen, and Nar-Anon.

Everyone is different so inpatient rehab isn’t right for every person. If you have obligations at home and don’t have a lot of money for rehab, inpatient may not be the right choice. There are other options like Intensive Outpatient Programs. They offer you similar treatment in an addiction facility 3-5 times a week. The difference is you get to go home once you’re done treatment for the day. These programs cost less and allow you more flexibility.
